Why we exist
We aim to turn a generation at risk into a generation of opportunity. Today, 1.2 billion young people stand at a crossroads, facing widening skills gaps, limited career pathways, and unequal access to opportunities in fast-evolving green, digital, and AI-driven economies. With timely, collective action, we can ensure every young person fulfils their potential – leaving no one behind.
What we do
We deliver market-relevant skilling, employment, and entrepreneurship programmes at scale. Co-designed with public-private-youth partners, our programmes focus on sectors where opportunity is growing fastest, ensuring young people can become work-life ready and build sustainable livelihoods.
How we do it
Championed by Heads of State and industry leaders, we mobilize cross-sector expertise, innovation and resources to deliver and institutionalize opportunities for youth. Through shared-value partnerships, we unite governments, businesses, UN agencies, multilateral banks, foundations, civil society, and young people with the common goal to unlock dignified livelihoods.
